Hunting for the perfect tree!

Here are the pictures of our day today. Yes, we searched and searched. Did we find the perfect tree? Not really, but it will work. Yes, it is already all decked out. I will post the finished product later in the week.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a very odd Thanksgiving with out Ross this year. He had the opportunity to go home to Wyoming for a week so he took it! We got a great deal on a plane ticket, but the catch is that he would fly home on Thanksgiving day. I decided that since my parents both had to work that day, I would have my family over . I just had to get new plates for my first Thanksgiving. So, here they are.

This is my sisters wonderful family! It is her birthday today......31! She also just found out that she has one more baby in the oven. YIPEE

PRINCESSES ON ICE

The girls and I had the honor to go to Princesses on Ice with Lisa Downing (Detert) and her daughter Emily. We were so amazed at the detail. Needless to say, we had a blast!

Camera Happy!!

My girls absolutely love to take pictures. They also like to look at all of our family pictures that I store on our computer. As they were looking the other day, they said, "all the pictures are of just us kids. Daddy is in a few, but you are never in them." I tried to explain to them that the reason is because I am always taking the picture. (which is fine with me) The only real way to make them be fine with the idea that I wasnt in any of the pictures was to let them each take their own pictures of me with them. It is in their blood to take pictures, and they love it. Ross' sister, Jamie is an outstanding photographer. I have her work all over my house. I hope one of my kids follows in her footsteps. I will be interested what the Bichel Christmas card will look like since my son won't smile for the camera-EVER!!

Fall and everything that comes with it!

I can't believe how fast this year has gone. We had a great day yesterday! From playing in the leaves, to school parties, to trick or treating, we managed to be completely tuckered out.
