So, unlike all of my midwestern friends and family, we love getting snow here. The difference ??? Well, its still 30 degrees here when it snows, so it isnt so cold that you cant even go outside. We played outside for hours! Another difference here is that if we get any even centimeter of snow, EVERYTHING CLOSES! Schools, jobs, everything. Ok- so not starbucks- we wouldnt want a total catastophe!!

I'm so glad that your snow was fun to play in, and it looks like the kids were having a blast! You're right about the temperature outside making all the difference!
When I was growing up....I always loved snow days because we could play for hours outside....this of course was in CT....I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't last more than a 1/2 hour outside here in ND. Glad that you guys had a fun time out in the snow! :-)
